We are looking for a Construction Accountant and with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks to support our financial department. The responsibilities include processing payments, updating financial records, account payables/receivables, and managing invoices. You should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. A top-notch candidate should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards. WE WILL REQUEST A VOICE NOTE FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS. ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collecting and reviewing data for reports. • Invoice Management. • Register vendor's bills. • Preparing payments. • Reconciliations • Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction. Requirements Skills required • Advanced English knowledge: • Experience in Commercial Construction • Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks projects (This is a must) • Experience with AIA Software like Werx, Knowify or CAPS. • Knowledge in billing forms such as G702 and G703 forms. Soft Skills Required: • Professionalism. • Communication. • Proactiveness. • Analytical skills. • Teamwork orientation. • Organization skills and attention to detail. • Risk identification. • Prioritization skills. • Compliance. Main Tools to Manage: • Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets. • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel. • Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks. • Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms. • Quickbooks.
