Content Marketing Manager

Ажлын байрны тухай

As a Content Marketing Manager at JivPad, you will own the voice, story, and editorial presence of a brand built to transform how people communicate. JivPad is a modern communication platform powered by AI, enabling individuals with speech or hearing differences, and anyone who desires intelligent call assistance, to connect with confidence and authenticity. Our platform also delivers real-time translation for in-person conversations, removing language barriers entirely. In this role, you will develop and execute a content strategy that educates, inspires, and converts across every stage of the customer journey. You will shape how JivPad shows up in the world, from long-form editorial and thought leadership to product storytelling and social narratives. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to ensure every piece of content reflects the precision and warmth of the brand. This is a rare opportunity to define the editorial identity of a company from day one, where your words will shape perception, build trust, and move markets. What You'll Do Develop and own JivPad's content strategy across blog, social, email, web, and emerging channels. Create compelling long-form and short-form content including articles, case studies, product narratives, thought leadership pieces, and campaign copy. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to distil complex AI and voice technology into stories that are clear, human, and emotionally engaging. Build and manage an editorial calendar that aligns with product launches, market moments, and brand milestones. Establish JivPad's tone of voice guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints and teams. Partner with SEO, Growth, and Paid teams to ensure content drives measurable organic visibility, engagement, and conversion. Champion the stories of our users, particularly those in the accessibility community, bringing their experiences to the forefront of our brand narrative. What You'll Need to Succeed A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related discipline, with 2+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or brand copywriting within a technology or SaaS organisation. A portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing across formats, from editorial and thought leadership to product and campaign copy. Experience thriving in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you take ownership of the full content lifecycle from ideation to distribution. A refined sense of tone, pacing, and storytelling, with the ability to write for diverse audiences while maintaining a premium brand voice. A deeply collaborative disposition, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Growth, and Marketing to deliver unified narratives. Genuine passion for accessibility, inclusive technology, or communication innovation is highly valued. Role Details Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Location: Fully Remote Stage: Founding team, pre-launch About JivPad JivPad is a modern communication platform built on the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and in control of their own voice. Our AI-powered calling technology enables users to make phone calls with full autonomy, whether they choose to speak through AI using their own cloned voice, direct the conversation in real time via text, or seamlessly take over the call themselves. Our live translation feature allows people speaking different languages to converse naturally, in person, without delays or interruptions. We are not building another AI calling tool. We are building the future of human connection, where technology amplifies who you are rather than replacing you. Equal Opportunity JivPad is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome dedicated individuals regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We believe that extraordinary products are built by extraordinary teams, and extraordinary teams are built on inclusion, respect, and the understanding that brilliance has no single origin. Let's build the future of communication, together. Originally posted on Himalayas
