Ажлын байрны тухай

At Aftershoot, we’re building more than just AI tools. We’re creating a global community of photographers who spend less time behind their screens and more time behind the lens. Every feature we craft, every update we release, makes post-processing easier, faster, and smarter for photographers everywhere. From culling to editing to retouching, our AI does the heavy lifting so photographers can focus on what they do best: capturing moments, telling stories, and creating magic. We’re a fast-growing, passionate team trusted by over 100K+ active users globally. And we’re just getting started. Our mission is clear: solve the biggest pain points in photography and grow alongside the photographers who use our tools daily. If you care about building products that matter, thrive when working with curious, driven teammates, and want to shape how photographers work in the future, we’d love to meet you. Let’s create the future of AI in photography together. We are hiring for Full time & part time positions. 🚀Your Mission Build the engine behind beautiful photographs. From turning raw sensor data into stunning images to writing GPU code that makes it all happen at lightning speed. 🎯 What You Will Be Doing • Design, implement, and improve RAW and non-RAW image processing algorithms across the pipeline. • Research candidate approaches, build proof-of-concept implementations, and evaluate quality objectively and subjectively before committing to integration. • Profile and optimize existing algorithms, primarily GPU-bound, against latency and throughput targets. • Make and defend quality-vs-performance tradeoffs, and communicate them to product and design stakeholders. 💪 What We’re Looking For • Deep, hands-on understanding of RAW image processing and the underlying color science, with a focus on tone mapping algorithms. • Experienced on advanced sharpening and classical (non-ML) denoising for RAW images. • Ability to independently scope research questions, build POCs, and evaluate results, focusing on quality and performant solutions. • GPU programming experience in any of the most common frameworks and languages (CUDA/OpenCL/WGSL, etc..). • Tone mapping, particularly Local Laplacian Filters and related edge-aware operators & ML-based tone mapping. • Image processing more broadly, such as style transfer or user interactive tone/color adjustments. Both with ML or algorithmic approaches. 🎁 Bonus Points: • Experience working with a remote team • Experience working at a fast based organisation/start-up • Proficient in English What happens after you apply? • Step 1: If your profile aligns with our vibe and requirements for the role, our people team will reach out to you for a brief phone call. • Step 2: If everything aligns, your next chat will be with one of your future team members to better understand the role and your experience. • Step 3: You will then be given a task - this helps us evaluate your thought process and help you showcase your expertise. • Step 4: If everything goes well, you will meet the leadership for a quick bar-raiser round. • Step 5: If you do manage to clear all rounds, this is the point we make an offer, shake hands, and welcome you to the team.
