Email Designer

Ажлын байрны тухай

We're looking for a skilled Part-Time Email Designer to join a growing US-based email marketing agency specializing in retention marketing for DTC supplement and wellness brands. This role is for someone who knows email design inside out, understands how to create visually engaging, conversion-focused emails, and can adapt their designs to different brand identities. We're not looking for a general graphic designer. We need someone with hands-on experience designing email campaigns and flows who understands what makes an email look great, function well, and drive results. What You'll Actually Do • Design high-quality email campaigns and automated flows for multiple DTC ecommerce brands. • Create visually engaging, conversion-focused email designs that align with each brand's identity and target audience. • Work with copywriters to turn email copy into polished, ready-to-build designs. • Design emails with mobile responsiveness, readability, and user experience in mind. • Adapt your design style across different brands while maintaining consistency within each brand. • Take feedback from the team, make corrections promptly, and deliver improved designs without repeated follow-ups. • Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. • Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are completed on schedule. What We Are Looking For • 2+ years of professional experience specifically in email design. General graphic design experience alone is not sufficient. • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous email design work, including campaigns and automated flows. • Strong understanding of email design principles, layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, and mobile-friendly design. • Proficiency in Figma or other relevant email design tools. • Experience designing for ecommerce and DTC brands. • Ability to interpret email copy and translate it into visually appealing designs that encourage customers to take action. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain different brand identities across multiple accounts. • Ability to receive constructive feedback, make corrections, and implement changes accurately and quickly. • Good communication skills and the ability to manage your workload independently. • Previous experience working with Klaviyo is highly preferred. • Experience designing emails for supplement or wellness brands is a plus. Who This Is NOT For • If your experience is primarily in general graphic design with little or no email design experience, this is not for you. • If you don't understand the difference between designing for email and designing for social media or websites, this is not for you. • If you struggle to adapt your designs to different brand styles, this is not for you. • If you find it difficult to receive feedback or make requested corrections, this is not for you. • If you need constant supervision to complete assignments or meet deadlines, this is not for you. Who This IS For • This is for you if you have solid email design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates your skills. • This is for you if you understand how good email design supports engagement, conversions, and retention. • This is for you if you can take email copy and turn it into a polished design that fits the brand. • This is for you if you can confidently work across multiple brands without making every email look the same. • This is for you if you welcome constructive feedback and can quickly apply corrections to your work. • This is for you if you are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Why This Role Is Different • Flexible working hours. Outside of scheduled team meetings on specific days, you have the freedom to choose when you work, as long as you meet your deadlines. • Work remotely. Work from wherever you're most productive. • Creative variety. You'll design emails for different DTC brands, giving you the opportunity to work with different visual styles and creative concepts. • Collaborative environment. You'll work alongside copywriters and other team members to create high-quality email campaigns. • Creative ownership. You'll have the opportunity to bring your design expertise and ideas into the work while ensuring every design meets the brand's expectations. How to Apply A portfolio is required for this position. Please submit your application along with a link to your email design portfolio showcasing previous email campaigns and flows you've designed. We want to see actual email design work, not just general graphic design projects. Applications without an email design portfolio will not be considered. If you have the experience, creativity, and attention to detail to design emails that look great and drive results, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now! Originally posted on Himalayas
